Wi-Fi Wireless myhome247™ Gateway and Cameras Released

myhome247™ is pleased to announce the release of the latest Wi-Fi (wireless) myhome247™ Gateway (XG1000- XV3), delivering a completely wireless operation. Now customers can easily install our Wi-Fi Fixed and Pan and Tilt colour cameras, without the need to use the Homeplug adapters, install new cabling or have untidy lengths of network cabling.

The new myhome247™ Gateway is visually identical to the older "Version 2", with the addition of USB ports on the rear where the supplied Wi-Fi dongle is plugged in. This Wi-Fi dongle creates a secure wireless network between the myhome247™ Gateway and the myhome247™ range of Wi-Fi (wireless) cameras, (which are completely separate to a customers existing WiFi network). Set up is very easy, and a customer doesn't need to access their router at all as discovery process takes care of all the settings.

Please note: Older version 2 customers (Gateways without a USB port on the rear) will not be able to add the wireless RC8021 Fixed cameras and the RC8030 Pan and Tilt cameras to their system. They will need to upgrade to the XG1000-XV3 - please contact Customer Care for reduced prices.
